January is Fitness Month! How are those New Years Resolutions coming?

Cooking with the Chef - This Thursday

Learn some new techniques from our new F&B Manager, Kathy Murphy. Cooking with the Chef starts at 6:00 PM. FITKIDS and "Healthy Weight" Open House - This Saturday from 10 am to 12 pm

Come learn about the newest kids fitness program called FITKIDS and get discounts for first time participants. There will be special kids activities with a sample of the fitness and nutrition curriculum. Also a "Healthy Weight" seminar will take place in the board room from 10 am to 12 pm with information and activities hosted by our fitness staff. Get blood pressure and body fat checked.
